Korean Style with Barbara Bates

With pleasure, we introduce to you our new program: Korean Style with Barbara Bates NETA distributes the show nationally on the public television system.

Here is what the show is all about!
Well-known celebrity fashion designer Barbara Bates takes viewers on a journey to South Korea to experience the fashion and food of this 5,000 year old culture. She is funny and charming and at times, irreverent as she makes her way from the cosmopolitan city of Seoul to historic villages and ancient castles. Barbara sampled royal cuisine and common foods. She visited the ateliers of two of South Korea’s iconic designers, and had a garment constructed in 24-hours from one of the famous Itewan District tailors.
